Hailey grew up in Tippecanoe County and has lived in the area most of her life with her immediate family. She currently works as an Environmental Services (EVS) housekeeper at IU Health Hospital on McCarty. Hailey describes herself as caring, hardworking, loving, and adaptable..

Hailey applied to the Habitat for Humanity program because she wanted a home for herself and her daughter before her daughter begins school. She is looking forward to having a safe and stable home where they can live and grow together.

Her daughter Chloe is four years old and attends Jenn’s Friends Daycare. Chloe enjoys singing, dancing, playing games, and learning. She is described as happy, fun, caring, and imaginative.

In her free time, Hailey enjoys reading, listening to music, singing, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Pebbles. She shared that she grew up in a single-mother household and works each day to keep improving for herself and her daughter.
