Michael and Jennifer are joining the Habitat for Humanity of Lafayette family as they work toward building a safe and stable home for their family. Originally from Monticello, they have been searching for an affordable place to call home for themselves and their three children.

Michael works at Gaylor Electric, and together he and Jennifer are deeply family-oriented and grounded in their faith. They describe themselves as servants of Jesus Christ who value time together, whether it is making dinner as a family, going for walks, or simply enjoying each other’s company.

Their children, Gabriella (7), Adelynn (5), and Nevaeh (4 months), bring joy and energy to their home. Gabriella is loving and sensitive, Adelynn is funny and outgoing, and baby Nevaeh keeps everyone smiling. The girls attend Meadowlawn, where they are growing and learning each day.

Through Habitat, the family is most looking forward to having a place to truly call their own, a home where they can feel comfortable, safe, and continue building a strong foundation for their future.
