Yasmin is a lifelong resident of Frankfort, Indiana, and a devoted mother to her baby son, Lael. Becoming a mother strengthened her desire to create a safe, stable, and affordable place where her son can truly call home and grow up. She chose to partner with Habitat for Humanity to help build a secure foundation for Lael’s future.

For Yasmin, this Habitat home represents more than just a house—it is a place where Lael can reach milestones, build memories, and grow up feeling safe and supported. Being able to provide her son with a permanent home is an important step toward long-term stability for their family.

Yasmin works as an Administrative Coordinator at Goodwill Nurse Family Partnership, where she supports families through her work. She enjoys working, spending quality time with her son and family, reading, and traveling.

Lael is full of energy and joy. He loves climbing on everything, clapping his hands, and laughing. As a new partner family with Habitat for Humanity, Yasmin and Lael are excited to build a home in Frankfort, Indiana—a place filled with love, stability, and hope for the future.
