Nicole grew up in Sparta, Ohio. She moved to West Lafayette to explore new opportunities. She said for about 5 years before moving to Indiana, she felt the Lord was calling her here. 

Nicole works at Purdue in the building services department. She is driven, hardworking, loyal, and dedicated to those that she loves. She enjoys being outdoors—camping, fishing, kayaking, hiking, & horseback riding. 

Her son, Judah, age 4, attends Linwood/Bethany Preschool. He is inquisitive, strong-willed, adventurous, clever and courageous. He loves anything to do with building things and construction. He also likes music and crafts. 

She decided to get involved with Habitat because she has a friend who is a single mother that went through the program many years ago. That friend shared her testimony and encouraged her to apply for a Habitat home. 

Nicole is looking forward to meeting new goals while building a solid foundation of stability for her and her son. She can’t wait for him to have a place to call home where he can be free to be himself.
