Abdelrahman and Nahla are originally from Alexandria, Egypt! They moved here for a job opportunity for Abdelrahman. He works in accounts payable at Wabash.

They were not able to afford to buy a new home through the traditional process. They heard about Habitat’s support for families in similar situations and decided to apply for the program.

Yara (age 8) is in 2nd grade and is good at art. Yomna (age 2) is good at playing. Their parents describe them as nice, kind and helpful. They will have a new baby brother or sister join them in November!

Abdelrahman and Nahla look forward to providing a clean, safe and stable place for their family to make memories. They can’t wait to have a home to call their own!
