Position Overview
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials, supplies, equipment, and services to support construction, administrative, and ReStore operations. This role ensures purchases align with budgets, policies, safety standards, and organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and purchase construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Establish and manage vendor relationships; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Track inventory levels, costs, and project budgets.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Maintain procurement records, pricing history, and reporting documentation.
- Improve procurement processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in construction, project management, supply chain, or procurement preferred.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and procurement tools.
- Ability to balance cost, quality, availability, and mission impact.
POSITION DETAILS
Time Commitment: Full-time, Monday–Friday; occasional evenings.
Direct Supervisor: Chief Revenue Officer
Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000
